Returns Policy

Authorized returns will now be for store credit only.

Returns are subject to owner approval. Aiken's Airplanes will only accept returns for two weeks after the receipt of the merchandise and/or delivery date of goods to the shipping address provided on the order from the customer. We do not provide coverage on any orders that are freight forwarded internationally; it extends only to the original shipping address provided on the order. Returns will be refunded with store credit or product substitution if all requirements are met. If we receive notice of more than three damage claims from a single customer in a year's time frame, other routes will have to be taken, such as the customer having to agree to accept all orders in as-is condition to be able to continue ordering from us.

Aiken's Airplanes is not responsible for undelivered packages due to theft. In the event that theft occurs, the customer will need to file a police report at your local police station.

If the item is damaged, you will need to send pictures to dave@aikensairplanes.com and outline the issue(s), and that has to be done within two weeks of receipt of the merchandise.

For all returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the merchandise, Aiken’s Airplanes will refund the purchase price in the way of store credit. The original shipping fee if any is non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on special order items.
