2. At the bottom of the page (the page that you go to when you click on the aircraft Name/Description below), click on the quantity box and type in the desired quantity. Then click the "Order" button. Follow the simple instructions, typing in the required information and your order will be completed online in a matter of minutes! That's it!!

2. Send us an email listing the item number(s) you want to reserve (Please include your phone number in case we have any email problems!). We will send a confirmation email to you confirming total price and guarantee of product availability for 10 days (the guarantee applies only to those items in stock when we receive your email).

TO ORDER BY PAYPAL!
1. Browse through the "Online Catalog". Write down the item number(s) and price for each. Add the price for each item and total the amount. For shipping, email Sally at dave@aikensairplanes.com to request the shipping amount. (However, If your order is within the lower 48 states, is over $40 and qualifies for free shipping (see free shipping offer), then your total due will be the item total only! (Orders shipping to TN will incur a sales tax of 9.25%)
2. Log on to paypal.com (assumes that you have a Paypal account). Click on the "Send Money" tab at the top. Type in "dave@aikensairplanes.com" into the "To" (email) field. Type in the amount due (this will be the item total calculated above plus shipping). Click on "Purchase Tab" and select "Goods" and click on "Continue".
Note: Paypal offers two methods to send payment. You can choose to link your payment to a credit card (debit or credit) which will send your payment instantly to our paypal account, or leave the payment un-linked which will take 3-5 business days to complete the payment to our paypal account. Most people link their credit card to their purchase as the process is instant versus 3-5 day delay. Also, your credit card is used only as a back up in case their is a problem with your bank account.

PRE-ORDERING
Pre-Ordering an item is very easy, saves you money and Costs nothing to submit: No deposits are required when placing you pre-orders!
Easy: Simply send us an email (Dave@aikensairplanes.com) with the item number and quantity that you want to pre-order. We will reply with an email, confirming that we have reserved those planes for you!
Basic Pre-Ordering Policy
When you place your pre-order, you lock into the pre-order price at that time! When the plane comes in we will do one of two things depending upon your account status and if we have received any special instructions from you. Here are the two scenarios:
1. CHARGE & SHIP AUTOMATICALLY: We will charge and ship your order automatically if you have a current credit card on file. The amount charged will be the pre-order price plus shipping as outlined in our shipping guide. These customers will receive their order first! You will also receive an email on the day that your order is shipped giving you the UPS tracking number as well as the expected delivery date!
2. EMAIL & WAIT: If you request an email prior to shipping your order, we will be happy to do so and wait for your reply before we make any charges or ship your order, even if you have a current credit card on file. For example, one of our customers likes to receive the email letting him know that the planes are "in", but then wants to see the "actual" pictures that we take before he finalizes his order! As a result, he has asked for the email before we charge/ship his order.
SHIPPING RATES
Domestic Orders: (US Continental 48 states) are: $12.99 for all domestic orders. These rates are based upon shipping within the Continental US (lower 48).

International Orders For "International orders" plus, orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses, a second charge will be added if the actual shipping amount exceeds the web shipping charge by 10%. We will contact you in these cases and request the additional shipping amount required. (Want to know the total shipping charges before you submit your order! Email us with your address and we will be happy to find the best rate for you and promptly email that information to you!)
International orders typically ship via "Fedex", which advertises a 6-10 business day delivery time.
