I knew the products were great for which I ordered from them. My surprise was the excellent customer service over the phone with people who really care about the customer. The way that the products are packaged for shipment prove to me that they are a top notch company. All of my products were individually wrapped and then carefully separated with the other products to ensure no damage what so ever.
