Historical Note: "This was one of 424 Corsairs supplied to 13 different New Zealand units in 1944-45. "Kiwi" Corsairs were first used in the ground attack role during campaigns in the Solomons and the Bismarck Islands. The RNZAF used the Corsair until the late 1940's, when most were scrapped".
