1. Browse through any of the "catalog pages" and click on the aircraft or sign Description/Name"  (hyperlink) to view its picture and information!

2. At the bottom of the page (the page that you go to when you click on the aircraft Name/Description below), click on the quantity box and type in the desired quantity. Then click the "Order" button.  Follow the simple instructions, typing in the required information and your order will be completed online in a matter of minutes! That's it!!

TO ORDER BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER!

1. Browse through the "Online Catalog". Click on each aircraft Description/Name (hyperlink) to view its picture and information!

2. Send us an email listing the item number(s) you want to reserve (Please include your phone number in case we have any email problems!). We will send a confirmation email to you confirming total price and guarantee of product availability for 10 days (the guarantee applies only to those items in stock when we receive your email).

5. Mail  your Check or Money Order in US Funds to:

         As soon as we receive your check, we will send you an email acknowledgment and promptly ship your new limited edition airplane(s). 

PRE-ORDERING

Pre-Ordering an item is very easy, saves you money and costs nothing to submit!  
Easy:      Simply send us an email (Dave@aikensairplanes.com) with the item number and quantity that you want to pre-order. We will reply with an email, confirming that we have reserved those planes for you!
Costs nothing to submit:    No deposits are required when placing you pre-orders! 

Basic Pre-Ordering Policy

When you place your pre-order, you lock into the pre-order price at that time! When the plane comes in we will do one of three things depending upon your account status and if  we have received any special instructions from you. Here are the three scenarios:

1. CHARGE & SHIP AUTOMATICALLY: We will charge and ship your order automatically if you have a current credit card on file. The amount charged will be the pre-order price plus shipping as outlined in our shipping guide. These customers will receive their order first! You will also receive an email on the day that your order is shipped giving you the UPS tracking number as well as the expected delivery date!

2. EMAIL & WAIT: If you request an email prior to shipping your order, we will be happy to do so and wait for your reply before we make any charges or ship your order, even if you have a current credit card on file. For example, one of  our customers  likes to receive the email letting him know that the planes are "in",  but then wants to see the "actual" pictures that we take before he finalizes his order! As a result, he has asked for the email before we charge/ship his order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic Orders:     (US Continental 48 states) are:  $8.00 for first item and then $2.00 for each additional items in the order for most items except the Mahogany models which are $10 for the first item and  $4 for each additional, and Franklin Mint/Armour Collection which are $9 & $3, $11 & $5 or $15 & $9 depending on size ordered. These rates are based upon shipping within the  Continental US (lower 48).

International Orders    For "International orders"  plus, orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses, a second charge to your credit card will be made for the additional shipping charges that exceeds the domestic rate charged, plus a  handling charge. The handling charge will be $10.00 for all orders!  (Want to know the total shipping charges before you execute your order, email us with your address and we will be happy to find the best rate for you and email that information to you!)

Happy Note!: Your personal information is handled on the most secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted line available providing you the highest level of security! You will receive an email receipt within minutes afterwards for your order. The best part is that your order will likely be shipped within hours and should be arriving at your door within 3 to 5 business days!!!**

** This applies to those items in stock. West Coast addresses can be as long as 6 -7  business days. The Mahogany Aircraft can take a little longer also, and are more susceptible to being temporarily out of stock.
