Q. How long has Aiken’s Airplanes been in business?

The A Team has been in business since 1997.

Q. What hours can I call?

Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST.

Q. What shipping options do you offer?

For Domestic (US) orders, we ship Fedex. (Shipments via United States Post Office is available.) If you want to upgrade your shipping options, please call us and we will be happy to accommodate you. For international orders, we ship via Fedex.

Q. I do not live in the Unites States. Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship international. Please email us to get shipping quotes and any other questions you may have, or see our “Shipping Policy” for more.

Q. Do you offer a catalog?

We do not have a print a catalog at this time. All the items we offer are pictured online. We may on occasion have some flyers from some of our suppliers and will be happy to send those to you.

Q. What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Q. Do you accept Paypal?

Yes, click the Paypal button in our shopping cart and follow instructions. Be sure to check out Paypal’s “Buy now, pay later” offers! We prefer Paypal for all international orders.

Q. Can I pay by money order or check?

Yes. Please call us and verify that the items you are interested in are in stock and the total price of your order. We will then pull and hold your items until your check or money order comes in and then promptly ship your order! Call us toll free with any questions at 901-395-4975.

Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?

Q. What is your pre-order policy?

We do not charge you for your pre-order until the order is shipped. Depending on your preference, we will either charge and ship your order as soon as it comes in or we will contact you before the order is shipped and request payment at that time.

Q. Are all your items brand new?

Yes, we only sell brand new items in mint condition, except for those items in our “Scratch & Dent” section of the website (coming soon).
