Announcing the release of the NEW 21^st Century Toys North American P-51D Mustang Fighter.  This 1:18 Scale Fighter is the product of a completely newly designed tooling pattern that brings the Xtreme Detail line to a brand new level.  This Mustang includes authentic markings, precision stenciling and a highly detailed cockpit interior as well as many moveable flight surfaces such as adjustable ailerons, elevators, flaps and rudder.  Other features include retractable landing gear, a sliding canopy and a moveable radiator exit flap.  One articulated pilot action figure also included.

The "Red Tails" were made famous by becoming the first all African American fighter group to train as pilot officers in the U.S. Army Air Corps. The pilot skill and fighting excellence that these brave young men displayed during WWII made them one of the most reliable bomber escort groups in the entire European Theater. The many successes of the unit made the Tuskegee Airman an unforgetable icon of military history.
